Isha Mahammad was an Indian artist who obtained his diploma in painting and drawing from the Government College of Art & Craft, Calcutta in 1958. He pursued further studies in West Germany and was influenced by the German Expressionist group and European modernism. He exhibited widely and his works can be found in the collections of various institutions including the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi and the Museum for Indian Art, Berlin.
